In 2019 I joined Telus Digital, one of the leading Canadian Teleco company who offers a variety of essential services to all Canadians. During my time at Telus, I've worked on transforming how customers purchased teleco products online by creating long term strategies, visions and tools like the Bundle builder and Wizards.
Best Buy Canada
At Best Buy, I was able to help built delightful shopping experiences via the native mobile apps (iOS & Android), experimental technologies like voice assistants (Google Home & Amazon Alexa devices) and the website.
IT Glue
In 2016, I joined IT Glue as their founding Design Lead. While at IT Glue, I was able to led research, design strategy, interaction design and visual design for IT Glue as a product while always making sure our customers were always productive and their feedback was always heard.
Brainstation
As the lead educator for the part-time UI Design class, intro to UX workshops, and weekend workshops for the Vancouver location, I taught core UI,UX principles and provide relevant, real-life challenges, designers face throughout the course and strategies for overcoming them
Traction on Demand
My design career started when I joined Traction. During my time there, I provided UX direction and front-end web development for one of Canada's top Salesforce.com/Cloud technology consulting companies while creating experiences for renowned companies like Finning, Telus, Blackberry, Avigilon.
